Tsare-tsare na Gina Jiki na Hanya don Masu Gudun Hanya

Shirye-shiryen ku abu ɗaya ne kawai a cikin nasarar tseren sawu.

Hakanan ya kamata ku yi tunani game da abincin da kuke sawa a cikin jikin ku don ƙara saurin ku da aikinku.

Kuna iya haɓaka aikin ku sosai ta hanyar cin abubuwan da suka dace a daidai lokacin.

Hakanan za ku rage damar yin rashin lafiya ko rauni.
