Barka da zuwa ArduuaZaɓin Shirin Horon Horar da Trail Running, inda neman dacewa da tafiyarku shine fifikonmu. Shirye-shiryenmu na yau da kullun da aka keɓance sun dace da kowane mataki, tun daga masu sha'awar novice zuwa ƙwararrun ƴan wasa, suna tabbatar da cewa ku fara tafiyar tafiyar ku cikin kwarin gwiwa da ƙwarewa.

Gano Shirin Koyarwar Gudun Hannunku

Zaɓi shirin da ya dace da burin ku, matakin dacewa, nisan da kuke so, buri, tsawon lokaci, da kasafin kuɗi. Arduua yana ba da ɗimbin tsare-tsare na horo na gabaɗaya, tsare-tsaren horo na keɓaɓɓen, da horar da kan layi waɗanda ƙwararrun masu horar da mu ke tafiyar da su daga Spain, waɗanda ke rufe tazara daga 5k zuwa 170k ko fiye.
