Momwe mungaphunzitsire Skyrunning?

Maphunziro a Skyrunning kumafuna kuphatikiza kukonzekera kwa thupi ndi maganizo, monga masewerawa amaphatikizapo kuthamanga m'madera ovuta, okwera mapiri. Nawa maupangiri okuthandizani kukonzekera koyamba skyrunning chochitika:
