Arduua coaching brings a specific approach to training for Skyrunning, trail-running and ultra-trail. We build strong runners who rise to meet the physical, technical and mental challenges of skyrunning. By building personal relationships with our athletes and runners we create the individual training you need to ensure you are 100% ready when you hit the start line.

Working with your coach we will manage your training load and periodization to ensure you are in peak condition for your A race. It’s all about timing!
Our coaches have degrees in physical education and specialist diplomas in Skyrunning & Trail. They have been carefully selected based on their expertise in coaching runners to achieve their goals and for their love of skyrunning.
We train across the globe, but we run as a team. Run with us online, at a race or a training camp. We are Team Arduua.
Perfect for dedicated runners who are disciplined in training alone and don’t need regular coaching and feedback. You might be preparing for Sky, Trail or Ultra-trail races of 10km – 100 km, or you are seeking to progress in your running.
We plan 3 – 6 training sessions per week for you. Running, strength, mobility, stretching, etc. All training sessions will be available in your Trainingpeks account, which is also synchronized to your training watch.
Your individualized training plan is initially based on health declaration, running tests and other tests we do in Build Your Plan.
Access to private online coaching group where you can engage with other members, coaches and elite skyrunners.

Your training plan is initially based on the running tests and the tests that we do in Build Your Plan, and progresses every week based on the regular analysis of your training.
We build your yearly training plan and do your race planning adapted for your 4 most important; your “A-races”. In your training plan we determine the optimal training load in order to make sure you are in your very best shape on race days. After the race you will always have a race review together with your coach.
Your coach will analyse and comment on all of your training sessions and answer your questions once a week in Trainingpeaks. Once your trainer has reviewed your trainings, he will give you direct feedback on your training and / or respond to your comments. All communication through the Trainingpeaks app.
Once a month you will have a video meeting with your coach and discuss how you are progressing according to your goals. We will go through your fitness chart where you can see your level of fitness, fatigue and form. Your coach will comment and give you feedback on this. Fitness, Fatigue and Form are a very important numbers that we follow to make sure you are ready on race day. According to your feelings and training status we will adapt and advance with your training.

To ensure we build the best training plan for you we must get an in-depth knowledge of you, your running history and your physical condition. This will include your medical and any injury history, your time availability, training tools and places available for you to train. We do this through a series of conversations, questionnaires and tests. The tests involve physical stress tests, running analysis and initial tests for mobility, strength, stability and balance.
You will need to fill out a form including your health declaration, training status, goals, ambition and planned races.
You will have your first online meeting (or e-mail if you prefer) with your coach where we discuss your training status and physical condition. We will also talk about your next steps and about the tests that we will do.
Trainingpeaks, Training watch and chest strap.
This option is not mandatory. If you have done a stress test before we would like to analyse that and use it as a base when building your training plan.
We have created a specific running test for our runners where you run with a chest strap and a training watch. From this we can establish your pulse zones and level of running.
We can do a running technique analysis based on video footage you send us.
We have created out a test specifically adapted for Skyrunners and Trailrunners. Send us video footage of you taking this test for analysis. Learn more about how we train.
Your coach will analyse and review all your tests, which you can discuss in a second video meeting (or by e-mail if you prefer). Thereafter your coach will build your training plan, and you are ready to start training.

A mountain runner with a passion for sport in natural environments Fernando is a personal trainer specialising in Skyrunning & Trail with a focus on preparing trail runners for all distances, from vertical kilometres to mountain ultras and skyraces.
Fernando will be your personal coach. After the initial online meeting, he will continuously review your training sessions in Trainingpeaks, giving feedback and adapting your training where required. He will be available to you for online meetings at regular intervals throughout your training.
From a very young age Snezana has been in love with the mountains. She turned her passion into her career and is now a professional mountain runner who has reached the top in her home country.
As winner of the Serbian Skyrunning Series, Snezana knows how to compete and win at the top level. She manages our online coaching community where she will be available to answer your questions and support you in your training.
