Uziqeqeshela kanjani Skyrunning?

Ukuqeqeshelwa Skyrunning kudinga inhlanganisela yokuzilungiselela ngokomzimba nangokwengqondo, njengoba lo mdlalo uhlanganisa ukugijima endaweni eyinselele, enezintaba eziphakeme. Nawa amanye amathiphu angakusiza ukuthi ulungele ukuqala kwakho skyrunning umcimbi:
