Kaya ndinu othamanga odziwa zambiri pa Ultra-trail, kapena ndinu ongoyamba kumene, TRX Training ndi chida chabwino kwambiri chophunzitsira chomwe chimakuthandizani kukulitsa mphamvu zanu zonse, kuyendetsa bwino ntchito ndikuchira. 

Maphunziro a Mphamvu ndi TRX ndi opindulitsa makamaka kwa othamanga othamanga kwambiri, chifukwa angathandize kuchepetsa chiopsezo cha kuvulala kwa othamanga opirira mwa kukonza kusalinganika kwanu kumanzere ndi kumanja, zomwe zingayambitse kuyenda kosakwanira ndi kuvulala pakapita nthawi.
