Many runners have 2–3 key A-races each season, and Arduua Membership is built around exactly that. We help you select the right training plan from our internal library and adapt the duration so it leads you into peak form on race day.
After your race, you simply contact us again and we help you apply a new plan leading up to your next A-race, creating a structured training progression across your whole season.
This way you train with clear periodization and purpose, ensuring that each training cycle prepares you to perform at your best when it matters most.

About Arduua Training Plans
Arduua Training Plans support runners from 5K to 100 miles, covering trail, mountain, skyrunning, ultra and road events. Each plan is built on scientific training structure combined with real race experience, helping you train with purpose and peak at the right time.
You choose the distance, category and level that fits your goal. Every plan is available in Beginner, Intermediate and Competitive versions, with durations ranging from 8 to 48 weeks depending on race distance and your background.
All plans follow a complete periodized training progression:
Base → Specific → Pre-Competition → Taper
Sessions are time-based and guided by heart-rate zones, making training adaptable to terrain, fatigue and real-life constraints.
Workouts include running, strength, mobility and stretching for full-body performance and long-term resilience. Depending on the category, plans also include climbing strength, downhill tolerance, elevation adaptation and technical running.
Training categories include:
• Mountain Classic – All UTMB Categories (10K, 20K, 50K, 100K, 100M)
• Forest & Coast – All UTMB Categories (10K, 20K, 50K, 100K, 100M)
• Skyrunning (Vertical K, Sky Race, Sky Marathon)
• Road & Asphalt (10K, Half Marathon, Marathon)
Each category reflects real course demands such as climb percentage, terrain type, session distribution and intensity balance.
All plans sync directly with TrainingPeaks, allowing you to execute workouts on your watch and track progress easily.
Arduua Running Webinars – Spring 2026
As part of Arduua Membership, you also get access to our coach-led live webinars, where we explain the key principles behind smart, sustainable trail and mountain running.
Each session focuses on practical knowledge you can apply directly in your training.
