Arduua coaching brings a specific approach to training for Skyrunning and trail running. We build strong runners who rise to meet the physical, technical and mental challenges of skyrunning. By building personal relationships with our athletes and runners we create the individual training you need to ensure you are 100% ready when you hit the start line.

Individualised Training

It is not the kilometres you put into your training, but what you put into the kilometres. Training runs are based heart-rate zones and limited by duration not distance, ensuring your plan is 100% individual.

Race at Your Best

Working with your coach we will manage your training load and periodization to ensure you are in peak condition for your A race. It’s all about timing!

Professional Coaches

Our coaches have degrees in physical education and specialist diplomas in Skyrunning & Trail. They have been carefully selected based on their expertise in coaching runners to achieve their goals and for their love of skyrunning.

Team Arduua

We train across the globe, but we run as a team. Run with us online, at a race or a training camp. We are Team Arduua.

Arduua Coaching Plans

Individualized training plan

Perfect if you are disciplined in training alone or don’t need regular coaching feedback, but still want an individualised training programme specific for skyrunning.

40 EUR/Month

  • 3 – 5 training sessions per week
    (running, strength, mobility, stretch, etc… all running sessions ready to be downloaded to your training watch)
  • Individualized training plan every 12 weeks
    (your training plan is initially based on “Build your plan”)
  • Online coaching group
    (access to private online coaching group where you can interact with members, coaches and elite skyrunners)
  • Priority access to Arduua events
    (race trips, race tickets, training camps, online sessions etc)
  • Basic athlete account in Trainingpeaks

Personal Coaching

Perfect if you want a personal coach. You might be preparing for a sky or trail race of 10km – 50km, or looking to progress your running for technical terrain.

Price:  120 EUR/Month

  • 3 – 6 training sessions per week
    (running, strength, mobility, stretch, etc… all running sessions ready to be downloaded to your training watch)
  • Personalised training plan every 4 weeks
    (your training plan is initially based on “Build your plan”, and is progressing every 4 weeks based on the analysis of your trainings)
  • Periodization and race planning
    (race planning, training load and performance chart in Trainingpeaks)
  • Direct feedback from your coach every week
    (your coach will comment all your sessions and answer your questions direct in Trainingpeaks)
  • Monthly analysis of performance
  • Online meeting with your coach every 12 weeks
  • Online coaching group
    (access to private online coaching group where you can interact with members, coaches and elite skyrunners)
  • Priority access to Arduua events
    (race trips, race tickets, training camps, online sessions etc)
  • Basic athlete account in Trainingpeaks

Personal Coaching Max

Perfect if you want maximum input from your coach. You might be preparing for a sky or trail race of 30km – 150km, looking to advance your running for long, technical races, keen to work closely with an expert coach to improve your running.

200 EUR/Month

  • Unlimited training sessions per week
    (running, strength, mobility, stretch, etc… all running sessions ready to be downloaded to your training watch)
  • Personalised training plan every week
    (your training plan is initially based on “Build your plan”, and is progressing every week based on the analysis of your trainings)
  • Periodization and race planning
    (race planning, training load and performance chart in Trainingpeaks)
  • Direct feedback from your coach 3 times per week
    (your coach will comment all your sessions and answer your questions direct in Trainingpeaks)
  • Weekly analysis of performance
  • Online meeting every 4 weeks
  • Online coaching group
    (access to private online coaching group where you can interact with members, coaches and elite skyrunners)
  • Priority access to Arduua events

Build Your Plan

To ensure we build the best training plan for you we must get an in-depth knowledge of you, your running history and your physical condition. This will include your medical and injury running history, your time availability, training tools and places available for you to train.

We do this through a series of conversations, questionnaires and tests. The tests involve physical stress tests, running analysis and initial tests for mobility, strength, stability and balance.

    (incl. medical status, training status, goals and planned races)

  • Analysis of stress test

FERNANDO ARMISÉN – HEAD COACH

  • Bachelor in sciences of physical activity and sports (CAFyD)
  • Trail running coach expert certification from UDIMA university
  • Personal trainer, specialising trail and mountain running.
  • Specialist in nutrition applied to trail running. (IEWG)

 WHO IS FERNANDO?

A mountain runner with a passion for sport in natural environments Fernando is a personal trainer specialising in Skyrunning & Trail with a focus on preparing trail runners for all distances, from vertical kilometres to mountain ultras and skyraces. 

HOW WILL FERNANDO HELP ME?

Fernando will be your personal coach. After the initial online meeting, he will continuously review your training sessions in Trainingpeaks, giving feedback and adapting your training where required. He will be available to you for online meetings at regular intervals throughout your training.

WHO IS SNEZANA?

From a very young age Snezana has been in love with the mountains. She turned her passion into her career and is now a professional mountain runner who has reached the top in her home country.

HOW WILL SNEZANA HELP ME?

As winner of the Serbian Skyrunning Series, Snezana knows how to compete and win at the top level. She manages our online coaching community where she will be available to answer your questions and support you in your training.
