2. Complete your first steps
After sign-up, you receive an email with instructions and details about your mentor coach.
2.1 Health & Training Declaration
You share your race goal, race date, fitness level, injury history, weekly availability,
terrain and equipment. This allows your coach to guide your setup accurately.
2.2 Set up TrainingPeaks Premium

Create your account, then connect it to Arduua:

Your Membership Mentor Premium includes a TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete Account, with the same tools as Membership Premium:

3. Initial strategy call with your coach (20 min)
Before you start, you meet your mentor coach online.
In this call you:
- Confirm your goal, race and available training time
- Discuss which type of plan is most suitable for you
- Get an overview of how your plan is structured in TrainingPeaks
- Learn how to use TrainingPeaks Premium and the Arduua Training Library in practice
- Understand how mentorship and follow-up will work month to month
4. Your coach helps you select the right plan
Based on your profile and the strategy call, your coach recommends the plan that best fits your goal, terrain and timeline.
5. Your coach applies the plan for you
The plan is applied to your TrainingPeaks calendar and aligned to your race date.
This becomes the foundation of your training.
6. Train independently using your plan
You follow the plan day-to-day, using TrainingPeaks Premium to move sessions when needed,
adjust around life, and track your fitness, fatigue and form over time.
7. Enhance training using the Arduua Training Library
You can add sessions from the Arduua Training Library — running, strength, mobility and stretching — to support your needs.
This allows you to add complementary work for durability, technical ability and general strength.
8. Monthly Mentorship Strategy Call (20 min)
Once per month, you and your coach meet for a focused strategy call.
Before the call, your coach reviews your training block and (if relevant) race data.
Each call can focus on one main topic:
- Training Review & Next Phase Planning
Review workload, intensity balance and key sessions, then outline the focus for the next block.
- Race Execution & Follow-up
Analyze pacing, effort, elevation strategy, nutrition and key lessons for future races.
After the call, your coach sends a short summary with guidelines on what to focus on in the next phase.
You continue to train independently — now with clearer direction.
9. Switch plans when your goals or races change
When your race is finished or your goals change, you contact your coach.
Together you decide which new plan to follow, and we apply it to your TrainingPeaks account.
10. Learn and stay motivated
As a Membership Mentor Premium athlete, you also join all Arduua webinars — yearly planning, training phases,
strength, mobility and race preparation with live Q&A.
