Register for Membership on our website. Payment is made by credit card with automatic monthly renewal.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Complete your first steps

After sign-up, you will receive an automatic email with instructions. Your first tasks are:

Here you share your race goals, race date, fitness level, injury history, terrain, and weekly availability.
This helps us understand your training needs and recommend the right plan.

2.2. Set up TrainingPeaks
If you don’t already have it, download TrainingPeaks at trainingpeaks.com.
Create your account (Basic is included in your membership), then connect your account to Arduua using this link:

3. We help you select the right training plan

Based on your questionnaire and race date, we recommend the plan that best fits your goal, experience level, terrain, and timeline.
This ensures you follow the correct progression and peak at the right time.

Once the plan is selected, we apply it directly to your TrainingPeaks account.

Your sessions are structured to guide you week by week toward your race.

To follow your training plan effectively, you will need:

1.1. A TrainingPeaks account (Basic is included with your coaching plan)
1.2. A training watch compatible with TrainingPeaks (Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar, or similar)
3.3. An external chest-strap heart-rate monitor (recommended for accurate HR data — essential since our methodology is based on time and heart-rate effort)

Our training approach is built on time and heart-rate effort, which ensures highly effective training on all types of terrain. Accurate heart-rate data is critical for setting your zones, managing training load, and progressing safely and efficiently toward your goals.

Arduua.com provides a monthly subscription service for coaching. When you sign up, you will enter your credit card details, and your subscription fee will be automatically charged once per month.

1.2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month. The monthly fee will be charged to your credit card on file unless you choose to cancel.

1.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.
No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle. There is no notice period beyond the current paid month.

1.4. Refunds
Arduua does not offer refunds for partial months, unused services, or time remaining after cancellation. All payments already processed are final.

3. Initial strategy call with your coach (20 min)

Before you start, you meet your mentor coach online. In this call you:

  • Confirm your goal, race and available training time

  • Get an overview of how your plan is structured in TrainingPeaks
  • Learn how to use TrainingPeaks Premium and the Arduua Training Library in practice
  • Understand how mentorship and follow-up will work month to month

4. Your coach helps you select the right plan

Based on your profile and the strategy call, your coach recommends the plan that best fits your goal, terrain and timeline.

5. Your coach applies the plan for you

The plan is applied to your TrainingPeaks calendar and aligned to your race date. This becomes the foundation of your training.

6. Train independently using your plan

You follow the plan day-to-day, using TrainingPeaks Premium to move sessions when needed, adjust around life, and track your fitness, fatigue and form over time.

7. Enhance training using the Arduua Training Library

You can add sessions from the Arduua Training Library — running, strength, mobility and stretching — to support your needs.

This allows you to add complementary work for durability, technical ability and general strength.

8. Monthly Mentorship Strategy Call (20 min)

Once per month, you and your coach meet for a focused strategy call. Before the call, your coach reviews your training block and (if relevant) race data.

Each call can focus on one main topic:

  • Training Review & Next Phase Planning Review workload, intensity balance and key sessions, then outline the focus for the next block.
  • Race Execution & Follow-up Analyze pacing, effort, elevation strategy, nutrition and key lessons for future races.

After the call, your coach sends a short summary with guidelines on what to focus on in the next phase. You continue to train independently — now with clearer direction.

9. Switch plans when your goals or races change

When your race is finished or your goals change, you contact your coach. Together you decide which new plan to follow, and we apply it to your TrainingPeaks account.

As part of your Arduua Membership, you get a simplified version of our Build Your Plan process. This ensures that every runner starts with the right training plan and a structure that matches their race goals, fitness level, and available time.
What Build Your Plan includes
1. Health & Training Declaration You fill out a short form about your physical status, injury history, weekly availability, terrain, and equipment.
2. Your Goals & Race Date You tell us your target race, distance, and exact race date. This allows us to match your training timeline with the correct plan duration.
3. Plan Selection Support Based on your profile and goals, we help you choose the plan that fits your needs best — from more than 500 structured plans.
4. Plan Adaptation & Application We adjust the plan length (if needed) to align perfectly with your race date, then apply it directly to your TrainingPeaks calendar.
This simplified Build Your Plan ensures you start with the right structure — without the full testing and analysis included in our Premium Coaching packages.

Her journey began with road running but quickly turned toward the mountains, where she found joy, freedom, and purpose. Curious and driven, she studied biomechanics and strength training to better understand movement. Today, she blends science, empathy, and real mountain experience to guide others in discovering their potential.

Marija helps trail runners build confidence, strength, and control on technical terrain—especially in steep ascents and descents. Her coaching combines data-driven structure with personalized feedback and a focus on movement quality. She supports runners of all levels with flexible, realistic plans that balance life and training.
