I’m David Garcia! A passionate trail runner and a professional trail running coach from Madrid in central Spain, specialized in Skyrunning, Trail and Ultra-trail. I am focused on helping all levels of trail runners who want to prepare for any distance, from vertical kilometers and short trail races to mountain marathons, ultra trails and sky races.

I am a Trailrunning coach at Arduua, and I take care of runners from all over Europe who train with us through the Arduua Online training plans.

My home base for Trailrunning are in central Spain, and I usually go to Guadarrama National Park or the Regional Park of Gredos just to run and enjoy.

• Trainingpeaks advanced level coach for running sports by Trainingpeaks/UDIMA university.
• Specialized power-based training coach for running sports. Udima University of Madrid.
• Official Stryd power-based coach.
