Hi, I’m David Mora — a lifelong athlete from Madrid and a trail running coach who believes in progress through consistency, balance, and joy.
I help runners build endurance, strength, and confidence — not only for race day, but for everyday training and life.

My journey began in sport long before trail running. I competed in tennis and triathlon before discovering the freedom and connection of running in the mountains.
The trails became my place of balance — where effort, nature, and clarity come together.
Coaching came naturally: I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.

Today, I work with athletes of all levels through the Arduua Coaching Platform, guiding runners toward structured growth — sustainably, intelligently, and with heart.
Whether you are preparing for your first 10K trail or progressing toward ultras, my approach meets you where you are and builds upward.

  • Tennis & Padel Instructor Certifications — Madrid Federations
  • Fluent in Spanish · Conversational English
