Plans include trail, mountain, ultra, skyrunning, and road running, with Beginner, Intermediate, and Competitive levels.
Your coach helps select the plan that best fits your race goals, terrain, fitness level and available training time.
One training plan is applied at a time, aligned with your next A-race goal.
2. Plan Selection & Race-Date Alignment
Your coach ensures the selected plan is aligned with your race date and applied directly to your TrainingPeaks calendar, guiding your training progression toward peak performance.
After each race — or when your goals change — your coach helps you select and apply the next plan.
3. Included General Support
Your membership includes access to general Arduua support throughout your training.
You can contact us at support@arduua.com with questions related to your membership or training setup.
This support provides guidance and clarity, but does not include personalised coaching or performance analysis.
4. Arduua Training Library
Access the Arduua Training Library, a curated collection of running, strength, mobility and stretching sessions.
Use the library to replace or modify workouts, add specific training elements, address weaknesses, or introduce more variety into your training routine.
5. TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete Account
Your Mentorship membership includes a full TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete Account, providing advanced planning and analysis tools:

8. Monthly Mentorship Strategy Call (20 min)
Once per month you meet with your Arduua mentor coach for a focused strategy session.
During the call your coach reviews your recent training block or race performance and helps you plan the next phase of your training.
9. Race Review & Performance Feedback
Your mentorship session can include race analysis covering pacing, effort, terrain strategy, nutrition and execution.
This helps turn race experience into learning for your next training block.
10. Independence + Professional Guidance
You continue to train independently using TrainingPeaks Premium and the Arduua Training Library, while your coach supports your planning and decision-making through ongoing mentorship.
