Many runners have 2–3 key races each season, and this membership is built around exactly that. We help you select the right training plan from our library and align it with your race date so your training leads you into peak form on race day.
After your race, you simply contact us and we help you apply a new plan for your next goal, creating structured progression across your whole season.

How it works

Register for Membership on our website. Payment is made by credit card with automatic monthly renewal.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Tell us about your training

After sign-up, you will receive an automatic email with instructions for the next steps.

2.1. Fill out your Health Declaration (Training & Goal Questionnaire)
Here you share your race goals, race date, fitness level, injury history, terrain, and weekly availability.
This helps us understand your training needs and choose the right plan for you.

2.2. Set up TrainingPeaks
If you don’t already have it, download TrainingPeaks at trainingpeaks.com.
Create your account (Basic is included in your membership), then connect your account to Arduua using this link:

3. We select and apply your training plan

Based on your questionnaire, we help you select the training plan that best fits your goals, experience level, terrain, and race timeline.
We then adapt the duration to match your race date, so your training leads you into peak form on race day.

Arduua.com provides a monthly subscription service for coaching. When you sign up, you will enter your credit card details, and your subscription fee will be automatically charged once per month.

1.2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month. The monthly fee will be charged to your credit card on file unless you choose to cancel.

1.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.
No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle. There is no notice period beyond the current paid month.

1.4. Refunds
Arduua does not offer refunds for partial months, unused services, or time remaining after cancellation. All payments already processed are final.

🔹 Pre-Competition Phase
Ultra-specific training including long runs, back-to-backs, terrain adaptation, fueling practice, pacing strategies, and race simulation work — while maintaining strength and plyometrics.

1.1. Subscription & Billing
Arduua.com provides a monthly subscription service for coaching. When you sign up, you will enter your credit card details, and your subscription fee will be automatically charged once per month.

1.2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month. The monthly fee will be charged to your credit card on file unless you choose to cancel.

1.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.
No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle. There is no notice period beyond the current paid month.

1.4. Refunds
Arduua does not offer refunds for partial months, unused services, or time remaining after cancellation. All payments already processed are final.

As part of your Arduua Membership, you start with a simplified version of our Build Your Plan process.
This ensures that every runner begins with a training plan aligned with their next A-race, fitness level, terrain, and available training time.
What Build Your Plan includes
1. Health & Training Declaration You complete a short questionnaire about your physical status, injury history, weekly availability, terrain and equipment. This helps us understand your training background.
2. Your Goals & Race Date You tell us your target race, distance and race date. This allows us to align the correct training plan duration with your race timeline.
3. Plan Selection Support Based on your profile and goals, we help select the training plan that best fits your needs from our internal library of 500+ structured training plans.
4. Plan Adaptation & Application If needed, we adjust the plan duration to match your race date, then apply the training plan directly to your TrainingPeaks calendar.
This simplified Build Your Plan process ensures you start with the right training structure — without the advanced physiological testing and detailed analysis included in our Premium Coaching programs.
