“I’m incredibly grateful to Coach Fernando and the Arduua team for guiding me through my transition from road marathons to completing the 100-mile Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB). When I first set the goal of running UTMB, I was overwhelmed by the technical demands and sheer scale of the race. With Fernando’s customized training plans and continuous support, I was able to build the strength and endurance necessary to conquer one of the toughest trail races in the world.
For anyone dreaming of tackling a major trail event, my advice is to stay committed and embrace the process, no matter how challenging it gets. Having a coach who understands your individual strengths and weaknesses is invaluable, especially when preparing for a race as grueling as the UTMB. The experience was transformative, and I’m excited to take on new challenges in the future.
