If you enjoy training independently but still want professional structure and guidance, the Arduua Membership Plan is designed for you.

Many runners have 2–3 key races each season, and this membership is built around exactly that. We help you select the right training plan from our library and align it with your race date so your training leads you into peak form on race day.

After your race, you simply contact us and we help you apply a new plan for your next goal, creating structured progression across your whole season.

Ideal for trail, ultra, skyrunning, and road runners training for distances from 10K to 100 miles.
