Arduua provides personal coaching online, individualized training plans, race specific training plans, as well as general training plans (budget), for distances 5k – 170k, written by the experienced trail running coaches of Arduua.
Our plans are specifically written for Trail running, Mountain running, Skyrunning and Ultra-trail, which are very different to road running.
They require a specific approach to training to be able to overcome the physical, technical, and mental elements involved, and our training plans involves more strength training, specific trainings and vertical meters gained, than a standard running training plan usually does.
All training plans includes all the trainings you need, in order to prepare for a specific trail race including all the running sessions, strength, mobility, stretch etc.
