Register for Monthly Coaching on our website. Payment is made by credit card with automatic monthly renewal. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

After sign-up, you will receive an automatic email with instructions. Your first tasks are:

Here you share your goals, race plans, physical status, injury history, training availability, running background, and training tools. This gives us the foundation we need to design your individualized yearly plan.

2.2. Set up TrainingPeaks
If you don’t already have it, download TrainingPeaks at trainingpeaks.com. Create your account (Basic is included in this package), then connect your account to Arduua using this link:

3. Start your Upstart Week (Build Your Plan)

If you complete the steps above before Friday at 12:00 (noon), your Build Your Plan start-up week will begin the following Monday.

During this week, you will complete:

  • Easy run test

  • Strength & mobility test (video format)
  • Running-form video analysis
  • Optional: upload lab stress-test results
  • Video call with your coach

These steps give your coach all the information needed to build your individualized yearly training plan.

4. Your yearly training plan

Based on your questionnaire and test results, your coach creates your individualized yearly training plan, built around your A, B, and C races, your available training days, the phases of your season, and your long-term fitness goals.

5. Monthly training blocks

Your coach delivers your training one month at a time. Each month, your plan is updated according to your progress, training data, physical status, and life schedule — ensuring your training evolves with you throughout the year.

6. Monthly Training Review & Coach Interaction

With Monthly Coaching, your coach reviews your training once per month inside TrainingPeaks. All communication is kept in TrainingPeaks to keep your coaching organized and clear.

Throughout the month, you write your questions and reflections in your Monthly Summary in TrainingPeaks. During the Monthly Training Review, your coach answers all your questions in one consolidated reply.

1.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.
No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle. There is no notice period beyond the current paid month.

1.4. Refunds

1.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process.
No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle. There is no notice period beyond the current paid month.

1.4. Refunds

After sign-up, you will receive an automatic email with instructions. Your first tasks are:

Build Your Plan — Your Personalized Starting Point Build Your Plan is the first step in every Arduua Coaching Package. Its purpose is to create a training plan that is fully individualized to your goals, your current physical status, and your real-life training conditions.
The process begins with your Health & Training Questionnaire, followed by targeted assessments — running tests, strength and mobility checks, running-form analysis, and a video meeting with your coach. Together, these provide a complete understanding of who you are as an athlete. With this foundation, your coach designs an effective and highly personalized yearly plan that aligns with your goals and supports sustainable, long-term progress.

Initial Video Meeting

Tailored Training from the Ground Up

Build Your Plan is the foundation of every Arduua coaching package. Its purpose is simple: to create a training plan that is 100% personalized to you — your goals, your current fitness, and your available training days.

Every Arduua Coaching Plan begins with Build Your Plan, followed by an initial video meeting with your dedicated coach. This first phase ensures we design the most effective and individualized training structure for your season.

To do this, we dive deep into your running background, physical condition, strengths, and limitations. You’ll complete targeted questionnaires and assessments, including running tests, detailed running-form analysis, and evaluations of mobility, strength, stability, and balance.

This holistic process gives us a complete understanding of who you are as an athlete — allowing us to build a training plan that fits you perfectly and sets the foundation for long-term trail running success.

TRAINING STATUS, GOALS AND HEALTH DECLARATION

You will need to fill out a form including your health declaration, training status, goals, ambition and planned races.

ARDUUA RUNNING TESTS

We have created specific running test for our runners where you run with a chest strap and a training watch. From this we can establish your pulse zones and level of running. We will do one easy running test to establish your aerobic threshold, and one hard test to establish your anaerobic threshold.

ARDUUA TESTS FOR MOBILITY, STRENGTH, STABILITY AND BALANCE

These tests will give us specific information of mobility, balance and strength to be trained during your training programme in order to create the best conditions for an efficient running technique.

RUNNING FORM ANALYSIS

We do a running form analysis based on video footage you send us.

YEARLY PLAN, RACE PLANNING AND PERIODIZATION

Based on your physical condition, goals and test results your coach will build your yearly plan for you in Trainingpeaks. The plan will include all your A, B and C-races including your goals, and your overall phases of trainings.

In your training plan we determine the optimal training load in order to make sure you are in your very best shape on race days.
