All of our training plans are tailored to each individual, making them unique to you. Your coach builds your plan based on your goals, upcoming races, and physical level (verified in the Arduua up-start tests).

Arduua Coaching is specifically focused in Trail running, Sky running and Ultra trail. We build strong, fast, and enduring runners and help them to prepare for race day. By building personal relationships with our runners, we create the individual training you need to ensure that you are 100% ready on the day of the competition.

Working with your coach we will manage your training load and periodization to ensure you are in peak condition for your A race. It’s all about timing!
Professional Coaches from Spain, specialized in Trailrunning, Skyrunning and Ultra-trail. The coaches have a Bachelor in sciences of physical activity and sports (CAFyD), and speaks both Spanish and English.
We are an international running team, with runners from al over the world. We train in the same Online Coaching, and a few times a year we meet at a trail races or camps. We are Team Arduua.
Perfect for you who like to prepare for any Trail race, short Ultra-trail or Sky race between 5 – 60 km. In this package you will get an individualized training plan, based on Build Your Plan, personal feedback from your coach, and a new adaptive training plan once a month. Your coach will analyse and comment on all of your reference training sessions and answer your questions once a month through the Trainingpeaks app.
Your coach will give you feedback on 1 specifically marked reference training / week.
Your training plan is initially based on the running tests and the tests that we do in Build Your Plan.
There after you will get a new training plan every 4 weeks, based on analysis of previous months’ reference trainings, and your comments and feedback.
We plan max 5 days of trainings per week for you. Running, strength, mobility, stretching, etc. All training sessions will be available in your Trainingpeks account, which is also synchronized to your training watch.
Once a month you will receive your fitness chart and discuss how you are progressing according to your goals. We will go through your overall physical status, and your fitness chart where you can see your level of fitness, fatigue and form. Your coach will comment and give you feedback on this. Fitness, Fatigue and Form are a very important numbers that we follow to make sure you are ready on race day. According to your feelings and training status we will adapt and advance with your training.
Before your most important A-race your coach will check out the race course in advance, and help you with the race preparations such as tactics, nutrition and equipment. After the race your coach will analyse your performance and deliver a race analyse for you.
Video meetings are not included in this package, but can be bought as extra on demand.

All Arduua Coaching Plans starts with Build Your Plan. To ensure we build the best training plan for you we must get an in-depth knowledge of you, your dreams and goals, your running history and your physical condition. This will include your medical and any injury history, your time availability, training tools and places available for you to train. We do this through a series of conversations, questionnaires and tests. The tests involve running tests, running analysis and initial tests for mobility, strength, stability and balance.

You will need to fill out a form including your health declaration, training status, goals, ambition and planned races.
We have created specific running test for our runners where you run with a chest strap and a training watch. From this we can establish your pulse zones and level of running. We will do one easy running test to establish your aerobic threshold, and one hard test to establish your anaerobic threshold.
These tests will give us specific information of mobility, balance and strength to be trained during your training programme in order to create the best conditions for an efficient running technique.
We do a running technique analysis based on video footage you send us.
Based on your physical condition, goals and test results your coach will build your yearly plan for you in Trainingpeaks. The plan will include all your A, B and C-races including your goals, and your overall phases of trainings.
In your training plan we determine the optimal training load in order to make sure you are in your very best shape on race days.

A passionated Trailrunner and Coach from Spain, who loves the mountains, doing sports in its natural environments. Fernando is a personal trainer specialising in Trailrunning, Ultra-trail and Skyrunning with a focus on preparing trail runners for all distances, from vertical kilometres to mountain ultras and skyraces.
Fernando is our Arduua Head Coach, and he is main responible for the setup, and the quality of our training service. He is also one of the coaches, and among others he takes care of the Arduua Elite team.
A passionated Trailrunner and Coach from Spain, who loves the mountains. David is a personal trainer specialising in Trailrunning, Ultra-trail and Skyrunning with a focus on preparing trail runners for all distances, from vertical kilometres to mountain ultras and skyraces.
David is a very competent coach who can help any runner from beginner to elite, to reach their main objectives for the season. He will be there for you on your journey, to quide you, support you, pushing you to move forward.
