Ideal for runners aiming for personal bests, top-category results, or challenging courses with high vertical gain. Please note that this plan includes only a short 2-week base phase and therefore assumes you have already completed a solid base training period before starting.

📦 What You’ll Get

A performance-focused plan by Arduua coaches. Workouts prescribed by time and heart rate zones to ensure precise training control. Intensity prescribed by time and heart rate, not distance. Each session guided by duration and pulse for optimal adaptation and individualized pacing. The plan accounts for terrain, elevation, fatigue, and conditions to ensure consistent, high-quality development and long-term improvement.

📆 Plan Structure

Base (0-30w): Build strong aerobic foundation, mobility, stability, and functional strength. Reinforce feet, ankles, and joints for trail running.
Specific (8w): Train aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, develop VO₂max, climbing power, and trail running economy. Introduce hill and strength-endurance sessions.
Pre-Comp (8w): Increase long runs and technical trail practice. Refine pacing, nutrition, hydration, and race-day gear strategy. Maintain functional and plyometric strength.
Taper+Race (2w): Reduce training load for optimal freshness. Arrive on race day sharp, confident, and energized, following taper and fueling guidelines.
